Skilled in singing and composing everything from classical to hip-hop, Steve has sung the lead in seven operas, toured worldwide, and composed his own 3-act opera, a piano sonata, and 10 classical art songs. In November 2008 he premiered and conducted his Symphony #1 in G at his wedding in honor of his wife, entitled "Symphony Di Matrimonia." Mr. Wallace has been teaching voice in various styles for over a decade and he has been a faculty member at the Brooklyn Music School since 2004.

A graduate of Wellesley College (BA in Economics & Political Science, with a Minor in Music ),Columbia University College of Physicians & Surgeons' Institute of Human Nutrition (M.S. in Human Nutrition), and the American University of the Caribbean (Plymouth, Montserrat - currently in St. Maarten, Dutch West Indies), Dr. Allen has played the piano since the age of five and the organ since the age of 20. She has pursued post-baccalaureate music studies at the New Eng- land Conservatory of Music and the New York School of Liturgical Music. Her private music instructors have been Miss Phyllis Moss (Wellesley College), Dr. David LeVita (Brooklyn Museum musicologist), Mr. Ira Pendler and Mr. Joseph Smith (NY School of Liturgical Music ).

This diverse range of influences is reflected on all his recordings and in his performances as well." He is known for his quirky, humorous lyrics, and the ability to play rhythm and lead guitar at the same time. In 2008, he was nominated for a Grammy Award.

Svetlana Gorokhovich & Liliya Khobotkova Classical musicconservatory.org Wednesday, February 16, 2011 - 8pm
These two sisters are ideal interpreters of Gavrilin’s and Rachmaninoff’s piano music. Both attended the School for Musically Gifted Students in Kazan, Russia and both went on to earn advanced degrees: Liliya, an M.A. from the the Kazan conservatory and Svetlana, a Ph. D. from St. Petersburg State conservatory. Beginning in 1983 Svetlana and Liliya began successful careers as soloists and duo pianists, performing in the major cities of the Soviet Union. They received high praise from both critics and audiences.

The Kennedys are an American "Folk-rock" band, consisting of husband and wife Pete and Maura Kennedy. Their first album, River of Fallen Stars, was released under the name "Pete and Maura Kennedy"; they released all subsequent albums as "The Kennedys".
